workforce partner will be of value to your job search.
Adult
Education & Family Literacy (AEFL).
This workforce partner will be valuable in assisting you gain GED
preparation for a
Maryland high school diploma, English language classes and the National
External Diploma Program (NEDP). These are free classes
that will lead to educational credentials, and assist in improving a job
seeker's employability.
GED preparation for a Maryland high school
diploma and English language classes. These are
free classes. The National External Diploma Program (NEDP) is an
alternate way to
earn your high school diploma. There is a $150.00 fee.
Walk in
Registration for
ABE/GED classes
for the five county
region.
The
Department of Social Services
(DSS). This workforce partner
will be beneficial to those who may need to eliminate barriers to
employment,
and offer temporary assistance, child care, transportation and other
assistance for those just beginning their job search.
